Class runs sharp. Arrive 15 minutes early — we start and end exactly on time. There will be a break on the hour every hour.

What to bring:

  • A way to take notes — notepad, iPad, phone, whatever works for you
  • Comfortable clothes you can move in, workout or street clothes both work
  • Indoor running shoes are recommended — barefoot is fine but shoes are safer
  • Be aware you will probably sweat
